Juan Andrés is passionate about fiscal transparency and accountability. He worked for more than 10 years in the Budget Office of the Ministry of Finance of Chile in various positions. He has also worked as an international consultant and taught university courses.

 

He met GIFT in 2017, and now he is fulfilling a dream of being able to work 100% dedicated to fiscal transparency and increasing participation. Juan Andrés holds a BA and MA in Economics from the Catholic University of Chile and a PhD in Management with a focus on Public Policy and Strategy from George Washington University (USA).
